Authentic Fried Rice
Grilled Chicken for Hibachi
7 Ounces of Steamed or Cooked Rice
1 Tablespoon of Margarine
1 Egg
3 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
1 Ounce of Chopped Carrots
1 Ounce of Chopped Onion
Prepare the Rice Prior by Cooking or Steaming
Add Margarine to Hot Surface (Medium High Heat)
Scramble Egg and Remove
Add Rice to Hot Surface
Add Onions and Carrots
Reduce Heat to Medium
Chop the Scrambled Egg and Add
Stir and Mix Ingredients over Medium Heat for 3 Minutes
Add Soy Sauce and Mix until Soy Sauce is mixed in well
Remove from Heat
Use Chef Kamikazes Yum Yum Sauce On Top
6 Ounces of chicken breast
1 Teaspoon of Margarine
Salt
Pepper
Squeezed Fresh Lemon
Grill Chicken Breast until Golden Brown
165 Degrees Internal Temperature
Salt and Pepper to taste
Add 3 Teaspoons of Soy Sauce
Let Simmer on Low Heat for 5 min.
Remove from Heat and Add Lemon Juice
You can use lemon juice from a bottle or cut lemon wedges and squeeze
